Why should I try the Bowen Technique?

Because it works!

Bowen works quickly and very effectively, giving long-lasting results after very few treatments.

It is also extremely gentle and is therefore suitable for everyone.

It can assist recovery from many conditions, from traumatic injury to chronic illness.

Remember: the sooner an injury is treated, the faster it can heal

The Bowen technique has become one of the most exciting new therapies around.

The Bowen technique is a hands-on complimentary therapy similar to some aspects of physiotherapy and osteopathy. However, it works very differently, often giving much more effective and longer lasting results with fewer teatments. It can be done through very light clothing on a bed or couch, or, when sitting in a chair.

Bowen is fast gaining in popularity around the world, due to it's powerful healing capabilities for the following ailments and more:

~ Back Pain
~ Sciatica
~ Stress
~ Neck problems
~ Shoulder Pain
~ Tennis elbow / Golfer's elbow
~ Carpal Tunnel and RSI's
~ Migraines
~ Sports injuries
~ Digestive problems / IBS
~ Unsettled babies, feeding problems, neck restriction, colic

I mostly operate from my treatment room in The Retreat at Newbury Racecourse, and ensure it is always a soothing and relaxed place to be, however, home visits are also an option.
